Business Support Administrator - Immediate Start!

Location: Stunning Offices - East Molesey

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full-Time 08:00 - 16:30

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with previous office administration experience? Our client, is looking for a dynamic Business Support Administrator to join their team. If you have a passion for providing excellent administrative support and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • To assist with general administrative tasks i.e. copy typing, arranging couriers, booking meeting rooms, franking of evening post.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure that all necessary items are readily available
  • Assist with data entry and document management tasks
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel and Word to create and update reports, presentations, and other documents as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within office administration essential
  • Industry exeperience within property desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour with a professional attitude
