Medical Device Clinician (Fully Remote Contract Position)

We are currently looking for an experienced and skilled medical device clinician to join our client's team on a contract basis. Our client is a leading player in the medical device industry, known for their innovative products and cutting-edge technology. This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility and convenience.

Responsibilities:

As a Medical Device Clinician, you will be responsible for the following:

- Examining clinical data and related studies rigorously to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Evaluating manufacturer's clinical evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conducting scientific evaluations and scrutinising results for consistency to make informed decisions.
- Delivering well-founded recommendations to notified institution decision-makers to ensure patient safety.
- Preparing detailed reports and minutes to showcase conformity assessment execution for regulatory purposes.

Qualifications:

To apply, you must have the following qualifications:

- GMC registration to practice as a medical doctor in the UK.
- Experience working with implantable medical devices to ensure a thorough understanding of the medical device industry.
- Familiarity with Council Directive 93/42/EEC general safety and performance requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Knowledge of Medical device regulations e.g UK MDR
