Senior Site Manager needed for huge developer based in South West London. Candidates must have the following:
£70,000 - £75,000
Private healthcare, pensions, holiday, car allowance and 10% bonus'
- Engineering background
- Civils sub structure
- Externals
- 10 years experience
- QA
- Tempoary works
- The want to progres and climb ranks within the buisness.
Our client has a 300 year old grade 2* listed to be retained, as this is listed as grade 2* this will need to be incorporated into the project. The stable building is also listed, this is currently being used as the site office this will then be converted to commercial office space.
- Phase 1 – 40% HA/Social Housing/completed the project then the client brought the next phases
- Phase 2 – RC Frame, block tower. Consisting of 158 units – 350 units total
- Project will be running till 2028
