We are working with an established metal product manufacturing company based in Cardiff.  They are recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter to join their team on a continental shift pattern (4 on, 4 off) in return for a salary starting in the region of £31,000 rising to circa £38,000 after demonstrated technical ability and experience within the business.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Replacing broken rollers and other components
• Set, calibrate and adjust machinery as required
• Reading and following mechanical engineering drawings
• Implementing machine improvements
• Assisting to implement continuous improvements
