My client is a small independent recruiter and due to continued growth, they have a  branch in Wigan Greater Manchester  and have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team based in their busy Wigan office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a small established independent agency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Industrial and Commercial sector's, via Business development and marketing techniques, sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
• Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
• Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
• Account management
• Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
• Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
• Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards
• Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
• Matching workers to vacancies
• Rotating on call duties required

Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Successful business development skills
• Account management skills
• Proven record of success in B2B
• Target driven
• Excellent level of customer service
• Must be articulate and enthusiastic
• A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
• 12 months experience in sales / recruitment is essential.
• Ideally, previous experience within the  Industrial or Commercial recruitment  sector's is advantageous
• Knowledge of the Wigan area would be advantageous.
• Own transport is essential for this role
