Hybrid - 3 days office 2 days WFH
Global law firm have fantastic opportunities for Legal Cashiers with a minimum of 2 years experience. You'll be a key part of the finance team and will possess all-round Legal Cashier expertise, including knowledge of VAT and Solicitors Accounts Rules/Regulations.
Legal Cashier responsibilities include:
- Office & Client bank reconciliations
- Client receipts and electronic payment preparation
- Banking of cheques
- Credit card postings and reconciliations
- Invoice processing and review
- Assisting with working capital management write-offs, disbursements and credit note requests
- Supplier invoice processing and payments
- Expense claim processing and payments
- Assisting with report preparation and distribution such as costs and residual balances
- Ensuring high volume disbursements are processed efficiently
Legal Cashier requirements;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience currently operating as a Legal Cashier
- Good working knowledge of Excel and various legal accounting software
- Flexible approach and a collaborative team player
