We are recruiting a main contractor's Senior Project Manager on the behalf of a leading self-build developer to act as project lead on an extremely prestigious, £100m luxury residential project on the Albert Embankment in Lambeth.

The scheme is a complex one comprising a four floor, vertical extension to an existing office block which will be re-clad and fitted out to the very highest standards to yield a development of high-end apartments and penthouses.

Candidate essentials;

• Preferably degree and / or MCIOB qualified.
• SMSTS and Black CSCS Card.
• Evidence of successful career progression with Tier One or Two main contractors on large, city centre apartment developments.
• Ability to refine and maintain the construction programme on Asta Powerproject.
• Experience of building and managing large project teams including Construction Managers, Finishing Managers, TMs and Quantity Surveyors.

To be considered for the role, you must be available to take up employment in October to complete any outstanding pre-con activities with a view to production commencement in the New Year.
