The Role of Sales Manager

• As the Sales Manager, you'll be required to support and manage your team of sales reps
• Create and develop relationships with new & existing clients.
• Gain a clear understanding of customers business and their requirements
• Arrange presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Work with dealers and OEM's to build & maintain relationships.
• Gain a sound understanding of the products sold 
• The main areas of travel would be from Midlands to the South West / In-between. 

To be successful in this role you may have previous experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Director, Key Account Manager, Major Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Senior Sales, or related sales roles. You must have experience in people management.  You may have also worked as a Sales Manager in one the following industries: Ground care,  Construction Plant, Agricultural, Material Handling, Forklift Sales (any related Forklift / Industrial sector) Machinery Sales, Machinery Hire, Warehouse Solutions, Racking, Attachment suppliers or sold into these industries.
