The Role:

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher at our school, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. You will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons: Create dynamic and interactive lessons that inspire a love of learning in your students.

  • Assess and track progress: Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and adapt your teaching accordingly.

  • Differentiate instruction: Tailor your teaching to meet the diverse needs of your students, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

  • Promote a positive classroom environment: Foster a safe and inclusive classroom where students feel valued and motivated to succeed.

  • Collaborate with colleagues: Work closely with other teachers and support staff to share best practices and contribute to the school's ongoing development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a love of learning in your students.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
