What You'll Do

As a key player in the marketing department, your role will encompass a variety of exciting tasks, including:

  • Social Media Management: Lead and grow the social media presence across multiple brands by creating and publishing engaging content.
  • Content Creation: Craft copy and design artwork for E-newsletters, flyers, advertising materials, and brochures.
  • Marketing Collateral: Support the production of brochures, seasonal newsletters, and direct mail campaigns that resonate with the audience.
  • PR Coordination: Manage PR requests, sourcing imagery, and assisting with brand visibility.
  • Event Support: Help organise events, trade shows, and exhibitions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and showcases the brand effectively.
  • Administration: Handle day-to-day marketing admin tasks like data management and brochure fulfilment.
  • Cross-Media Campaigns: Collaborate with the team to drive successful cross-media marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For

We want a self-driven, enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator with a can-do attitude. You're not just organised and efficent a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and travel. If you can tick off most of the following, we'd love to hear from you:

  • Educated to at least A-level standard, ideally with a marketing qualification.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience, with proven success in managing social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong copy-writing and proofing skills across various formats.
  • Experience in coordinating PR and advertising activities.
  • Competence in sourcing, editing, and managing visual content.
  • Interest and knowledge of wildlife and the natural world.

This is a full-time role with the flexibility of working from the office at least 3 days a week. Please note, due to our location in a small village outside Winchester, your own transport is essential as public transport options are limited.
