As a key player in the dynamic and supportive marketing team, you'll be instrumental in crafting and executing inspiring marketing campaigns that drive the business forward. What You'll Do:

In this diverse role, you'll manage and coordinate tasks across multiple brands, working closely with both the Product and Marketing teams to ensure consistency and quality. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Content Management: Proofread, edit, and upload copy and imagery across our seven websites, ensuring that each brand's tone and voice are perfectly captured.
  • Website Creation: Develop new web pages using our CMS, promoting exciting products such as destinations, itineraries, offers, blogs, and events.
  • Social Media: Coordinate and create engaging content for our social media channels, driving interaction and brand awareness.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling web copy, including blogs, that captivates our audience and supports our marketing goals.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in the production and coordination of all marketing activities, including brochure fulfilment and data management, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Campaign Support: Contribute to the ongoing success of cross-media marketing campaigns that resonate with the audience.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a confident, reliable, and highly organised team player who brings creativity and passion to everything they do. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least A-level education, ideally with a marketing qualification.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a digital marketing role, with proven experience managing a website CMS system.
  • A strong track record in creating and managing engaging social media content.
  • SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices to optimise content for search engines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional spelling and grammar skills, with the ability to proofread and edit content across formats.
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus, especially if you have wildlife knowledge or diving experience.
