£23,000 - £30,000/annum Plus benefits

Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly professional firm of Independent Financial Advisers.

Due to further business expansion, our client are looking to appoint an Administrator to join the business on a full or, part time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Interaction with clients.
  • Undertake product research.
  • Liaise with product providers and third parties to acquire information.
  • Obtain illustrations.
  • Prepare client reviews.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed compliant client files.
  • Record any client communication (written, oral or electronic).
  • Full time, office based role.

Candidate

  • Previous Administration experience is essential, experience working within Financial Services is an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • The ability to source, analyse and summarise information.
  • Be meticulous and analytical, with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Package

  • Salary will be dependent on skills and experience.
  • Full or part time hours.
