Production Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Easily accessible from Bradford, Leeds, Batley, Dewsbury, Brighouse, Mirfield, Heckmondwike, Huddersfield, and Cleckheaton.

About the Role:

As Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients manufacturing operations. You’ll be tasked with identifying and implementing LEAN manufacturing techniques to enhance their production capacity and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Optimizing Manufacturing Capacity: Oversee OTIF, RFT, and OEE to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Driving Continuous Improvement: Review and refine processes to boost quality, safety, and productivity.
• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team, fostering a culture of engagement, aligned with the company’s vision and values.
• Skill Development: Cross-train and upskill your team to create a versatile, high-performance workforce.
• Innovation and Agility: Identify opportunities for waste and cost reduction while focusing on sustainable practices.

About You:

We’re looking for either seasoned professionals with proven production leadership experience or rising stars ready to step into a comprehensive 360-degree production management role. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience in Manufacturing/Production: A solid background in manufacturing or production management.
• LEAN Expertise: Demonstrated experience with LEAN manufacturing techniques and a drive for continuous improvement.
• ISO9001 Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO9001 standards.
• Ambition and Drive: A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to tackle challenges swiftly and effectively.
• People Skills: Exceptional leadership qualities, with a knack for motivating and developing a team.
