Accounts Assistant / Sales Ledger

Have you got experience within Sales Ledger role, seeking a new opportunity to work for a great company? We are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join a company based in Colchester on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering telephone and email enquiries regarding invoicing and general finance duties
- Entering sales invoices onto the accounts ledger
- Dealing with cash reconciliations and cash refunds
- Processing supplier invoices and payments onto the accounts ledger
- Assisting with month end duties and checking credit notes
- Managing invoicing duties
- Supporting the Accounts team with any ad-hoc tasks as required
To be successful for this position, you must have excellent communication and organisation skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines. You must also be IT literate with intermediate Excel skills. Use of Sage would be desirable.
