Disrepair Surveyor

Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Disrepair Surveyor to work with our client in Ashford.
The role involves managing disrepair claims from start to finish, conducting pre-work surveys, and creating job specifications using SOR codes. You'll ensure that all repairs meet housing and safety regulations, including the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review expert reports and disrepair claims.
- Conduct pre-work surveys and accurately diagnose repairs.
- Ensure timely completion of works within budget.
- Support asbestos identification and CDM inspections.
Requirements:
- Degree in a building discipline.
- RICS or CIOB Chartered Membership.
- Extensive experience in condensation, damp, and mould inspections.
- Strong knowledge of housing regulations and HHSRS.
