An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Milton Keynes as a Salesforce Business Analyst. This position plays a critical role in documenting and understanding existing business process, making improvements and deploying salesforce-based solutions.

As the Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Understand, evaluate, analyse and document business processes.
  • Validating business needs, identifying gaps between business needs and standard salesforce functionality.
  • Executing projects relating to new Salesforce developments.
  • Develop, document, and fully execute test plans to assess business processes, module functionality setups, and modifications, enhancements / customisations.

The successful Salesforce Business Analyst, will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Knowledge in using and deploying sales cloud and service cloud with its associated functionality.
  • 1-2 years business analyst experience with 1+ years of experience in Salesforce technology.
  • Previous experience in project coordination and management, planning and scheduling, time management, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
