This position plays a critical role in documenting and understanding existing business process, making improvements and deploying Oracle-based solutions. This position would suit an Oracle Business Analyst from a product background.

As the Senior Oracle Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Understand, document and analyse the current business processes.
• Driving change in the organisation through technology and business process redesign to maximise the ROI of the Oracle application.
• Participate in the support / analysis / resolution of critical product application issues.
• Develop, document and execute test plans.
• Manage assigned project / enhancements.

The successful Senior Oracle Business Analyst will have the following related skills / experience:

• Thorough knowledge of business processes within a manufacturing organisation.
• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Business Analayst (supporting Oracle EBS Versions 12.2.12)
• 5+ years of planning skills that include project management, planning and scheduling, time management and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to train and provide support to users as required.
