This is a very exciting position to recruit for. I am working alongside a Managing Director who I know very well. He owns his own Groundworks & RC Frame contracting business and is looking to in essence employ his number 2. This would be as an Operations Director type of role, covering the full delivery side of the business.

The Operations Director role would include getting involved in all aspects of the business with the view of one day taking over from the Managing Director.

Operations Director applicants must already hold a senior position within a specialist Groundworks & RC Frame subcontractor, either as Contracts Manager, Contracts Director, Operations Manager, Operations Director, etc.

The role is aimed for an experienced individual who has come up through Site Engineering or Trades, and is now looking for an Operations Director role with a vast amount of authority.
