Operations Director Role - CRO - Up to £160k

We are working with a UK-based Contract Research Organization who are looking for an Operations Director to join their team in London.

• Well established CRO who specialize in early phase studies
• Successfully completed over 500 early phase studies and delivered more than 25 medicines to market
• Recently opened a new 30-head department and are continuing to consistently grow

The Role

• Lead and manage the company's Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing and Data Management departments
• Strategic Leadership
• Business Development
• Operational Excellence

• Performance Monitoring
• The candidate who secures this role will be the leading contender to become the next Managing Director of the organisation

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong background in operational and commercial leadership, within the CRO industry
• Operational or leadership experience in Data Management, Medical Writing, or Pharmacovigilance functions
• Proven track record of success in business model changes, restructuring or leading change management programs within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
• Good understanding of the clinical research process, including regulatory requirements, study design, and operational considerations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into practical plans and initiatives
