Mon-Thurs: Mornings-0600-1400, Afternoons-1400-2200, Nights-2200-0600

Friday-Sun: Morning-0600-1800, Nights- 1800-0600

7 days off

Contract length: 6 Month - likely to extend

Pay rate: £16.30ph PAYE + x1.25 OT rate

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a helpdesk coordinator to join the team on a remote basis.

Your main duties will be assisting with monitoring the turbine activities and reporting any faults noticed.

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring wind turbines through IT systems and any turbine faults found must be reported.

  • Responding to fault response calls, document and escalate appropriately.

  • Responding to customers, warranty and substation queries for Energy Management.

  • Responsible for Operational Control (OC) for which 1-day training/course must be undertaken and must pass examination and round table approval for full OC certification.

  • Responsible for relaying emergency incident details; will monitor the crisis response telephone, create incidents in the crisis response system, and notify senior management of incidents. 

What we’re looking for:

  • A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance of leading the change.

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be highly beneficial

  • Looking for Individuals who are comfortable to work in shifts as per service requirements; to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Well versed in working with computers (MicroSoft suite)

  • A strong communicator willing to undertake assignments and work Individually.

  • Self-starter with ability to cope with the pressures of time.
