The School:

Supply Desk are working with a friendly and supportive school, located in Crawley. As a Key Stage 1 Supply Teacher, the successful candidate will step into vibrant classrooms across Crawley, bringing their passion for education and creativity to schools that need their expertise.

• Inspiring Educators: The ideal candidate has a genuine love for teaching young children and the ability to make learning fun.
• Adaptability: They are flexible, ready to jump into new environments, and quickly build rapport with students and staff.
• Curriculum Mastery: Good knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum, with the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons across subjects.
• Classroom Management: They are confident in maintaining a positive learning environment, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and eager to participate.
• Experience & Qualifications: A QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential, along with experience working in early years or primary education
