We’re working with a highly regarded independent estate agency in the North East, known for its commitment to delivering outstanding service. Our client is seeking a Regional Director who will lead 8-12 branches with passion, expertise, and a strategic vision for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: You’ll lead, inspire, and manage a talented team of branch managers, driving them to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Business Development: Expand your network of branches by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong relationships within the local community.
- Team Development: Mentor and coach your management team, leading regional meetings, training sessions and performance reviews. You’ll play a key role in recruiting top talent and fostering a positive, results-driven culture.
- Financial Management: Take charge of the regions financial performance, setting budgets, monitoring key metrics, and implementing strategies to maximise profitability.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends in your network, providing the branches with the insights needed to remain competitive and compliant.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the branches operates efficiently and effectively, with a focus on maintaining high standards in every aspect of the business.
- Extensive experience in a senior management role within estate agency, ideally within the North East.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the North East property market and strong connections within the local community.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management and strategic planning.
