A large healthcare group is currently recruiting a Regional Recruitment Business Partner join their team, working in their Stoke on Trent service 2 days a week, the rest remotely.

Details of this Regional Recruitment Business Partner position and what the service is offering:

• A permanent contract working full time hours
• A fantastic annual salary from £38,000 to £43,00 depending on experience
• 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 3 year's service)
• Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity pay

• Commitment to working at the base location for 2-3 days per week is required
• Good budget, business management and commercial skills
• Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential
• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment cycle and the ability to identify performance improvement opportunities
• Essential skills include interpreting and utilising data, tailoring presentations for diverse audiences, and reporting recruitment performance against KPIs
