Sales Manager Large Class North – Heavy Plant, Construction Equipment
£50 - £60,000 Base Salary plus bonus and company car
Remote Based, North Region
Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The Role:
- Develop and implement sales plans to expand market share and penetrate new accounts within the quarry and waste industry sectors.
- Grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting site visits and product demonstrations as needed.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Work closely with the technical and after-sales support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Is This You?
- Results-driven with ambition for continued success.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, through growth of existing accounts and/or developing new business within your sales territory.
- Experience in the Heavy Plant industry is essential, selling into the Waste and Quarry Sectors.
- A full UK Driving license.
