🔎 Job Opportunity: Network Support/Infrastructure Support 🌐

6 month initial contract. Location: Sheffield

💫 Our client, a leading organisation in the IT industry, is currently seeking a Network Support/Infrastructure Support professional to join their dynamic team. This is a contract position with a contract length of 6 months, offering a competitive daily rate ranging from £200 to £230 (inside IR35 via umbrella)

📆 Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Network Support/Infrastructure Support role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities:

• Technical fault co-ordination and a wide understanding of IT/communications systems
• Flexible attitude and a strong team player mindset
• Excellent customer focus and understanding of key customer requirements
• Experience in dealing with both internal and external customers/suppliers
• Alignment with our client's values of being trustworthy, driven for results, and customer connected
• Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

📍 The role requires working full time, with a 28-day shift rotation pattern as follows:

🌞 Day Shift: 8 am - 8 pm, Monday to Friday (on-site)

🌙 Night Shift: 8 pm - 8 am (work from home)

⌛ Sociable Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday (on-site)

⏰ Unsociable Shift: Night shifts and day/night shifts on weekends (work from home)

📆 The shift rotation schedule is as follows:

* 3 days on, 2 nights, 5 days off

* 2 days on, 2 nights, 5 days off

* 2 days on, 3 nights, 4 days off
