Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Leeds to recruit a Production Supervisor.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday - day shift only
Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring high quality and optimal efficiency.
Duties of the Production Supervisor will include:
- Lead, mentor and develop production operatives
- Promote and develop a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiencies and take corrective actions
- Coordinate, train and develop all production operatives
- Ensure efficient production processes and a high quality accurate output
- Ensure appropriate resources are in place to support the daily workload
We are keen to speak with Production Supervisors with the following skills:
- Previous leadership experience within a multi-functional manufacturing environment
- Focussed people and process leader
- Team Player
- A safety-first approach with a strong grasp of quality
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solver
