Our client, medium-sized construction consultancy, is looking to expand their team in Leeds with a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct building surveys, condition assessments, and defect analysis.
  • Prepare detailed reports, schedules of condition, and dilapidation reports.
  • Manage refurbishment and restoration projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide expert advice on building regulations and compliance.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior surveyors.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Chartered status with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
  • Proven experience as a Building Surveyor within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
