Role Overview

SNS Recruitment’s client is seeking passionate and committed Social Workers to join their Children in Care teams in Hereford, Herefordshire. Key Responsibilities

Direct Support: Provide high-quality support to children in care, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard. Work collaboratively with colleagues from various professions to offer comprehensive care.

Team Collaboration: Engage with a supportive team and contribute to a culture that values the input of every member. Work closely with other professionals to deliver holistic support to children and young people.

Advocacy: Advocate for the children’s best interests and ensure their emotional and practical needs are addressed.

Professional Development: Participate in regular training and development opportunities. Keep abreast of the latest research, statutory guidance, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
