SNS Recruitment’s client is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Senior Practitioner to join their Children and Young People in Care team in Hereford, Herefordshire. This role is integral to their continued improvement efforts and provides a chance to directly influence the lives of children and families. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development: Bring your knowledge and experience to support and guide team members. Facilitate the professional development of colleagues and promote a positive and supportive team environment.
