Key Responsibilities:

The HR Manager will take charge of all aspects of human resources, from strategic recruitment and performance management to compliance and workplace safety. In this varied role, the HR Manager will help drive business success by aligning HR practices with the company's vision and goals.

  • Lead and Inspire Teams: Build strong relationships across the organization, promote a culture of inclusion, and foster open communication to create a collaborative work environment.
  • Recruitment & On boarding: Lead recruitment efforts to bring in top talent, ensuring a smooth and engaging on boarding process that prepares employees for success.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and execute innovative engagement initiatives to inspire and motivate employees, ensuring a high level of job satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance & Development: Oversee performance management programs, offer guidance to managers, and drive employee development through training and growth opportunities.
  • Safety & Compliance: Partner with the Health & Safety team to ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations, helping to build a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Policy Development: Regularly review and improve HR policies to support business goals and create a consistent, fair work environment for all employees.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management,  within the manufacturing or industrial sectors, and a passion for driving positive change. They will have the ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations in a high-energy environment.

  • Experience HR management experience,  in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. CIPD certification or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Leadership: A confident leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills who can influence and guide teams.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A natural problem-solver with a talent for resolving conflicts and driving continuous improvement.
  • Innovative Thinker: Someone who embraces change and seeks out new ways to improve HR practices and employee experiences.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in HR systems and tools, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
