Are you an experienced Technical Bids Manager with a passion for driving successful bids?

My client is a pioneering force in underwater acoustic, inertial, optical, and sonar technology, committed to efficient and environmentally friendly geophysical monitoring.

As the Technical Bids Manager, you will play a crucial role in securing bespoke subsea projects by crafting high-quality bid responses. Your expertise will directly contribute to their continued growth and success. You’ll work closely with the projects team to ensure that every bid meets and exceeds clients’ expectations.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • Compile, edit, and proofread detailed commercial proposals with technical content and designs
  • Review and revise documentation to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align bid scopes and timelines with expectations.
  • Lead and coordinate the bid process from initiation to submission
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business and technical products to effectively convey their benefits to clients.
  • Create and manage documentation, including developing templates for bids.
