What You’ll Do:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a skilled workshop team as a Workshop manager
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high standards
- Coordinate workflow, allocate resources, and optimize productivity
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with senior management to improve processes and performance

- Encourage good workshop practices to provide a safe and tidy, hazard-free working environment ensuring compliance with the Company’s health & safety policy r
- Proven experience in managing a busy workshop environment
