As this leading food manufacturer continues its successful journey of growth and innovation, it has an opening for a Brand Manager to join their successful and growing team.

With responsibility for providing the overall brand marketing and new product development brand initiatives and activities for household food brands and developing food categories, in collaboration with the wider operational and commercial teams; as well as developing and managing pro-active and highly effective brand marketing plans in budget, developing strategies to effectively reach consumers, based on consumer-led insight.

Remit includes NPD and EPD brand delivery, managing all Market Research, Advertising and Promotions, and New Product Development. As Brand Champion you will work closely with Category Teams to identify issues and commercial opportunities.  Remit includes supervisory responsibility.

About You
Essentially, you will have some experience in a similar role, in Food/FMCG/Beverage Manufacturing and crucially, experience of working inter-functionally with Operations and Commercial teams to delivery Brand strategies, plans and initiatives. 

Experience of managing others would be advantageous.

This role is based in Leeds but does offer Hybrid working.  You may also be required to visit other locations, so having a driving licence would be advantageous.
