Position Details

  • Type: Temporary, Ongoing
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
  • Location: Fully Office-Based

Key Responsibilities
As a Clerical Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Handle telephone duties and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Problem Solving: Address queries effectively and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Deliver timely coordination and administrative assistance to support the team's objectives.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative position.
  • Strong proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
  • At least 5 GCSEs at grades A-C.
  • An Access NI check will be required for successful candidates.
