Our client is a leading manufacturer in animal bedding, and animal feed. They're looking to expand their team and bring on fresh ideas to help expand and grow further

Role & Responsibilities:

• Effective day to day management and development of all staff
• Maintain control and discipline in all areas of the business
• Ensure training requirements of staff are identified and recorded
• Take ownership of plant performance and product quality
• Publish management data relating to operational performance
• Customer liaison (complaints etc.)
• Identify business improvement strategies
• Ensure health and safety standards are high, and ensure compliance
• HACCP compliance

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Qualified engineer
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
• Manager experience
• IOSH certified
