DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reception duties – answering telephone calls and dealing with customers.
- General administration, filing photocopying, faxing and opening mail.
- Word processing of correspondence using various IT packages.
- Assisting with the general running of the office.
- Ordering and maintenance of stationery to agreed levels.
- General finance administration including the filing and recording of invoices and raising of purchase orders- if required
- Keeping and maintaining records on all repair of instruments.
- Sealing and packaging of repaired or new surgical instrumentation when required
- Pricing of repair instruments from customers and inputting into the Surgins system
- Booking in and booking out via the Surgins system
- Operating and working in the receiving and shipping area as and when requested
- And any other duties/ tasks as reasonably required.
