On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Workplace Coordinator.

As the Workplace Lead, you will oversee all workplace and soft service operations within the scope of works, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience across all functions, including workplace hosts and front-of-house services.

You will drive the team to meet and exceed business objectives and targets, ensuring that staff work effectively and efficiently to deliver top-tier service.

Job Description

In this leadership role, you’ll also be responsible for ensuring that all business processes are aligned with account policies, protecting and enhancing the image and reputation of both our organisation and the client's.

Additionally, you’ll provide crucial support to Reception and Post Room Placemakers, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of soft services focusing on overall Workplace
  • Require a responsive customer experience through highly engaged focused teams
  • Confidently lead the Workplace teams and manage all processes within the day to day operation ensuring all service levels are maintained
  • Liaise closely with key customer contact as well as key users of the service to become the customer’s contact for all Workplace services
  • Ensure resources meet demands in all areas whilst being visible day-to-day
  • Super user for Visitor and Meeting room management booking technology and owner of the service delivery processes
  • Ensure that VIPs are dealt with in a professional manner with the team going the extra mile

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • A proven leader with significant experience managing high profile client-side workplace projects
  • Must be customer focused, organised and professional
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • National level qualification in facilities management, management or customer services
  • Experience in the management of multi-site facilities management services in a corporate environment
  • Great telephone skills and verbal communication
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
