We have an amazing opportunity for a Supervisor to work for a premium ready to wear womenswear brand, that has embodied French elegance for more than 40 years.

As a Supervisor you will act as a vital link between Management and stylists, driving service and sales. You will need to inspire and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain excellent product knowledge, manage the shop in the absence of the management, ensure that store and sales KPIs are consistently met and to ensure that the shop floor appearance is kept to a high standard.

You will need the ability to work in a fast-paced demanding retail environment with an enthusiastic and flexible attitude. You will help to build good working relationships with all team members and demonstrate perseverance and managerial qualities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be important and an ability to think clearly, and to operate independently and make decisions in an appropriate way is key.

Reponsiblities include:

• To maximise selling opportunities
• Enhance standards of merchandise presentation and housekeeping
• Ensuring good communication and professionalism is maintained at all times
• Help to train and asses store’s employee’s productivity and performance
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
