Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 per annum
OTE: £40,000 to £80,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Location: Bournemouth

Business Development Manager Duties:

• Responsible for looking after and growing an existing database of clients
• Bringing on new business and creating leads
• Evaluate client’s staffing requirements and assess how best to meet their needs
• Attract new candidates who match your clients’ vacancies and promote them to your clients
• Ensure that candidates are fully prepared for interview
• Manage the entire recruitment process, negotiating offers between your clients and candidates and after service contact
• General administration

 
Business Development Manager Skills Required:

• Brilliant face to face & on the phone
• Sales or recruitment experience
• Self-motivated and driven
• Able to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to make fast and effective decisions
