Head Chef - Ripon

You will manage the chef brigade but be expected to work independently as and when required. It is crucial that you are comfortable following spec lists for meal preparation and are fully understanding of all relevant health & safety food hygiene requirements. With this in mind you must have a Food Hygiene Certificate minimum level 2 and Food Allergens.
You will be contracted to a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week with some weekend work required. Hours of work will be between 6am and 8pm.
