Role: Land/Partnership Manager
Location: Kent
Company: Residential Housebuilder
Salary: £60k - £75k + Package
Our client is looking for an experienced land manager to work for a leading and expanding regional high end residential developer, based in Kent.
The company have growth plans for the next 5 years, with the desire to double their current turnover by 2030. Our client is genuinely proud of their product and the company that they have created.
The role as a Land / Partnership Manager will report directly to the Land Director.
To apply:
- Liaising directly with Landowners/ Land Agents/ Housing Associations and Local Authorities on Option or STP land Opportunities in line with Company requirements.
- Track record of successfully negotiating and preparing offers to pursue Land opportunities with HA/LPA and Private market stakeholders.
- Experience of successfully delivering land opportunities from identification through planning for developments ranging from 20 units to 100+
- Securing Land /Sites for Residential Development to support the Businesses objectives in maintaining best in class land bank.
- Liaising with our Legal teams through the Land procurement process.
- Liaising with Housing Associations and Local Authorities on land led partnerships.
- Undertaking detailed appraisals /Assessments / Research taking into account Technical /Planning and build cost forecasts.
- Strong knowledge of Planning and Building regulations.
- Liaise with our Planning and External Consultants to successfully deliver planning applications.
Ideally have:
- Experience in the Industry gained from working successfully within the House Building industry from plc or Regional – 5+ years is preferred.
- Full clean driving licence
