We are looking for a Charge Nurse to join a highly-respected mental health service in West London. This role comes with an attractive yearly salary of up to £55,400, bespoke training & development pathways, overtime & weekend salary enhancements, and more excellent benefits.

As a Charge Nurse you will have a genuine chance to shape the future of a state-of-the-art hospital. You’ll be providing leadership and guidance to the MDT, along with being responsible for ensuring the nursing team deliver top-rate mental health care.

To give you an idea of how this Charge Nurse role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
  • Deliver high quality, service user focussed care for patients
  • Work alongside a team of professionals including Ward Managers, Doctors, Support Workers, Therapists and Activity Coordinators
  • Provide leadership and guidance to fellow members of the MDT
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement within the service
To apply for this Charge Nurse role, you will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin. You’ll also have prior experience in a leadership position as a Mental Health Nurse.
