Are you a HR Manager from an engineering or manufacturing background looking to join a rapidly growing company, known for their great retention and engagement, with active and ambitious growth plans, giving you the opportunity to play a pivotal role in this?

In this generalist role you will be working on a range of tasks such as overseeing a small team, producing development strategies, process and document control, recruitment, and driving the overall community engagement in this company.

Founded over 20 years ago, this manufacturer boast a turnover of over £35 million and have excellent growth plans for the coming years, looking to move towards an automated factory and expanding the team whilst doing so.

This role would suit a HR Manager with a CIPD Grade 5 qualification and relevant experience who is looking to progress their career in a varied HR Management position.

The Role:

• Upskilling staff through relevant training
• Producing policy and workplace development strategies
• Recruiting a diverse range of positions, including both white-collar and blue-collar roles
• Managing employee relations
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, fully office based
