The Role:

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the early development of children in their formative years. You will work closely with teachers to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the physical, emotional, and cognitive growth of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Support children in their social and emotional development, helping them build positive relationships with peers and adults.

• Help monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents to support their growth.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Experience or qualifications in early childhood education is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young children and their families.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards learning and development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
