The school is looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) on a long term basis, with potential to lead to a permanent position for the right candidate. The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will be working with Key Stage 3/ KS3, Key Stage 4/ KS4 and Sixth Form. The right candidate will have excellent teaching skills with high expectations of their pupils; they must have the abillity to motivate and enthuse pupils so they make good progress.
